This document sets out the general terms (the 'Terms') for using the Mercerholm platform. It governs the rights and obligations between you as a user and the platform operator. Please read these Terms carefully and in full before using the platform, opening an account or performing transactions. They form the legal basis of use and are binding for both parties.
By registering, logging in, using the offered features or performing other activities on Mercerholm you expressly and fully accept these Terms of use. Use of Mercerholm is permitted only for adults aged 18 or over. Minors or legally incapacitated persons must not use the platform. If we suspect a breach of this age requirement we reserve the right to block, restrict or delete accounts.
The operation of the platform may be subject to temporary technical interruptions, maintenance windows, updates or outages – for example due to market volatility, high server load or external events. We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features, algorithms, pricing models or available markets may be expanded, changed, restricted or discontinued at any time without giving rise to claims against Mercerholm.
All content on the platform – text, graphics, design, software, algorithms, brands, logos and AI-based analyses – is protected by copyright, trademark and other rights and is the property of Mercerholm or its licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, public display or commercial use without our express written consent is prohibited and may have civil and criminal consequences.
As a user you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided (e.g. identification data, contacts, payment information) is correct, complete and up to date. False or misleading information may result in account suspension, withholding of withdrawals or legal action. Your personal data will be processed only in accordance with our privacy policy and the GDPR. We apply high security and transparency standards.
All investment and trading decisions you make via Mercerholm – whether manually or through AI automations – are your sole responsibility and are made at your own risk. Mercerholm provides the technical infrastructure but does not offer personal financial advice, recommendations or guarantees of profit. Financial markets (including stocks and cryptocurrencies) can be very volatile and may lead to the total loss of invested capital. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Invest only funds you can afford to lose.
We reserve the right to update or supplement these Terms at any time – for example due to regulatory changes, technical developments or new market requirements. We will inform you in good time (usually at least 14 days in advance) by email, platform notifications or on the website. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. For material changes you may close your account.
